Shipping policy

We ship our products with DHL, Postnord or Budbee. On average, a delivery takes 1-3 working days after the order is placed. In the shopping cart, you can choose to either have your package delivered to an agent or home delivery.

When returning, you can fill in a form in support. A return slip is then automatically sent to the specified e-mail. Depending on the case, we fix your product in about 2 working days, or refund according to the 90-day customer satisfaction guarantee.
